great stuff mike it was a pleasure to meet you at the grip and rip awsome stuff
Thanks Mike! If I remember correctly, you were in my deadlift group (cool that I was in the “strong” group for the first time in my life) and you are from Boston, correct? I hope that is right, but just wanted to put a face to the name. If am entirely off base, I apologize and will blame it on staying up too late the night before doing blog updates and packing for my Baja Mexico trip!
I appreciate the kind words and don’t be a stranger

Hey Mike, it’s nice to see this product on your blog. I ran across this product a few years ago (there was some ex navy seal promoting it) and remember thinking then, what a great, simple ide,a (often the hardest to think up), it’s a flexible product with a ton of different exercises you could do with it + it could really help work all the little stability muscles. – Charles
Thanks Mike! I feel relieved that I got it right!
Great, I will be looking for you around here and looking forward to hearing about all your PRs!

Thanks Charles! Great to see you here!
I had the same thoughts then too! I like that there are TONS of options, easy to set up and great to travel with for sure. Get a TRX and a few kettlebells at home and you have a huge array options that take up little space.
You can purchase a TRX HERE.

PS
Are you doing the TSC in April?
