This Motivational Monday is coming at you post Olympia (Jay won) and is a big shout out to Layne Norton on his comeback to the bodybuilding stage recently.
Just a few days ago, Layne was declared “IFPA Pro International heavyweight class winner”

A huge shout out to Layne for all the months of hard work and determination.
Layne is a natural athlete and has also deadlifted over 700 lbs in competition and recently completed his PhD – a very rare combination of brains and bronze.
Congrats to Layne on all the hard work and his well earned achievements.

This Motivational Monday is coming at you bright and early to get you pumped up to attack the week.
Personally, am just getting over a cold that knocked me on my butt for the past 2 days. Ugh. I found out that you can still go 6 for 6 in PRs (personal records) in a grip contest though and hit some PRs in the gym while being sick. I would still rather feel better, but getting weaker while I am sick is not an option.
Hopefully you are not sick and the good part of being sick is that it makes you appreciate being well.
Speaking of being well and kicking butt in th gym, the video above is insane.
You seriously need to see it. WOW!!

Get out there and fail forward as fast as possible. ACTION is required. It won’t happen over night. It will take time and persistence from many small steps, each going in the right direction, but you can do it. Dream to be extraordinary. The world has enough of average.
