Tim Ferris: The 4 Hour Body – Test Everything!
Just a heads up that Tim Ferris (of the 4 Hour Work Week fame) has a new book entitled

Notice that he tests things.
I like testing.
I do have to disagree with the part of “so you don’t have to” though!
His testing is just a starting point for YOU to do your OWN tests!
While we all share common physiology, we are all unique too (just like… snowflakes!)
