Motivational Monday: My Morning Run (Crazy Parkour/Free Running)
Here is a great video to get your heart going on a Monday morning.
Some really really amazing movement.
Not quite as good as my buddy Damien Walters but still amazing.
The fluid movement is soooooo fun to watch.
Time to train and IMPROVE your movement, not make it worse!
How do you do that?
I am personally a huge fan of the biofeedback style as shown on the Grip and Rip DVDs.
It won’t you turn you into a parkour athlete over night, but if your exercise is making your movement worse –stop now!
