Thanks for the info and sounds like you are on the right track!  
Fish oil may help too with a common dose of 2-4 GRAMS of combined EPA/DHA. 
Nice find on the KBs!  Sweet!  If you can find a local Z or RKC to get on you right track that will help a ton

So Z-Health Level 1 Neural Warm up = Pain free mostly 

My problems: Some knees stiffness, the muscle right above it never feels just right probably from muscle imbalances from hockey

I had some knee pain today, then my elbow is also having problem from a hit i took in hockey, I can&#039;t straighten it out all the way was hoping this would help but it&#039;s all good.

I found kettlebells which i am going to buy, and do some of pavels stuff like you. I found a 30#,45#,55#,65# all of them for 150$&#039;s so i&#039;m excited, I hope your website and you are well later.</description>
