Damien Walters has nothing on these guys; so they get the Extreme Human Performance of the week.
If you want to see some really wicked cool stuff, you need to see the Damien Walter post and interview below

If you want to see my work on a handstand, check it out below. This is from earlier this year and to be perfectly honest I have not worked on it much since then.

Website is in its final stages of construction — I hope! My web design guy seems to taking his time, but we will be reviewing banners and drop downs this weekend. Man, I’m loving the articles and I may have to “steal” a few when my site is operational…of course, proper credit will be given. Are you willing to write a guest article for my new site? I would love it if you would…THANKS!
BTW, Z-Health I-Phase was awesome!
Thanks again,
Steve
Awesome to hear man!!! SWEET! I am excited to see your site and feel free to steal anything you have read here, just put my name on it and a link back to my site is all I ask (as I know you would).
Glad you liked I Phase! You are all set now!
Keep in touch and drop me an email about a guest article. I can look and add you to the list

Hey Mike,
Besides some of the eye stuff I know you have (from what I’ve seen from your writing), you might try basic headstands before/in addition to handstands. Although seperate skills entirely from the handstand skill progression, it might help to just get you used to being upside down and reduce threat than of course working up to pushing into handstand. Overall from the looks of it, looks like some general startle, and no stiffness. Again headstands helped me get used to being upside down than just pushing into a handstand from there.
Another idea is having someone hold your feet.
Used several different variations of those two to help get most people into handstands.
best of luck.
Thanks for the comments Darryl! Yes, I totally agree with you. The video is back from Spring of this year and I opted to go with the progression she was teaching there to get an idea of what to do. I did not have the camera on, but after that one they held my feet up and I made the mistake of looking through my hands to the opposite wall across the room and had some major startle then!
Yep, I started doing some “head down” work for a bit, but got busy with other stuff and did not make it a priority to be honest. The standing back flip is the one goal I have not dedicated the time to this year, but will be starting up again on it in 2010. Been working on juggling progressions for hand eye work and added vestibular work into that also.
Much appreciate your comments here!
