All Aboard the Biofeedback Bus: A Radical Tour of New Personal Records, Inspiration and Knowledge

Biofeedback testing is going great and athletes are busting PRs (personal records) left and right. Today we are going on a tour.
Be on the lookout for 1) results 2) inspiration 3) knowledge all leading up to more muscle and strength. All aboard the biofeedback bus and keep your hands inside at all times!
You cannot help men permanently by doing for them what they could and should do for themselves. ~Abraham Lincoln
Inspiration
The first stop we have is to pay homage to Josh “the World’s Strongest Librarian” for racking up PRs (personal records) like a crazy man on a mission from God. It must be the hat and shoes.
Read it and weep weakness!

Charles in Charge
Next stop is the firehouse where Charles Bustos RKC is putting the smack down on some poor, unsuspecting athlete. He has graciously allowed us to view it too!
A Student of Your Own Body
Along the way we visit Geoff Neupert as he chimes in with his thoughts and results from biofeedback testing below

Why are PRs important?
Now our journey takes us north. Like way the heck north to that cold desolate land that tests man willingness to live (and will freeze the feet on your bulldogs) in North Dakota. Don’t blink as you will miss that one fence post. Make sure to take a picture.
We find strongman and grip gorrilla Adam T Glass who takes us to the PR school of ultimate performance for a great lesson.

What Do YOU Think?
I hope you enjoyed our journey today through the land of strength and more muscle via the biofeedback bus.
Let me know what you think and what are your results so far? I love comments!!

The Gym Movements DVDs will be available soon, so stayed tuned here!

Thanks Mike. Any to anyone else reading, yes, I know how bad my form was on that deadlift. Sure looked pretty in my head, though.
To all those that want to say anything about your form, they have to deadlift 500 first before they open their pie hole!
A PR is rarely pretty, but I know you will fix up your form and lift WAY more.
Great work man!

I totally agree with Mike. Josh, don’t let anyone tell you your form is bad until that person can pull 500lbs. Plus it looked like a version of the rounded back pull that Adam showed me. Great post Mike. I’ll email you a Z update from or last meeting.

I’ve been using biofeedback for a about a month now, its now starting to become a bit more second nature whereas when I started I really had to think about making sure I did it.
I’ve set a PR almost every workout, I’ve found a few exercises seem to cycle in and out quite a lot whereas others respond well almost always.
The good thing is I’m getting a more rounded workout now as I’m not doing the same thing religiously every workout, because it just never tests that way. Like one day I can have plate curls test really well, the next day they’re bad but sledge levers are where the groove is!
Also I’ve found listening to my body (via biofeedback) is the best way to determine rest between sets, once I’m testing at baseline instead of worse, its time for another set and I feel refreshed enough.
Thanks for the great biofeedback feedback Kris!! Awesome to hear and kudos to you for taking action on it and making great gains.
This matches many of the testimonials we received and I still get excited about every one that I read. Sweet!!
DVD release of “Gym Movements” will be coming out very soon! I don’t know the final price info though. You guys will be the first to know once it is out.
