Disclosure

This blog is not primarily financially driven. If it were, I would have advertising and sell more stuff.   My goal is to provide you information that will allow you to break more personal records.

That said, beginning December 1, 2009, the FTC requires Bloggers to provide disclosures whenever there could be hidden interests or unspoken biases related to recommendations.

First, the obvious: I am not sponsored by anyone.  If you want to sponsor me, drop me an email contact tab above.  If you want me to sell some magic elixir or some overly priced supplement, email someone else.

Second, the less obvious: If I interview someone and they grab the bill for lunch, I would need to specify this, as I would if I use an Amazon link that gets me 8 cents instead of an Amazon link that gets me 0 cents. If someone has a product that I sell here I sometimes make some money off of it.  I don't cloak or hide my affiliate links.   Yes, I do make some money off of products I sell here, but I will not sell anything I don't 100% believe and have not tested myself.  Out of all the products I get asked to sell and endorse, I have only picked a handful so far.

I will also recommend products that I make nothing off of since they are good, but to cover my butt and preserve your reading experience, please assume that, for every recommendation, link, and product I use, the following all hold true:
